The room was large and spacious. Very well decorated. The bathroom flooring was unique. Being able to have the small kitchenette was also very helpful to us as we were working during our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful

there was no parking included and the available parking could not be charged to your hotel bill.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is amazing! The room was very large and comfortable. I also enjoyed the spa services that are available.

I would have liked more variety in food choices in the hotel restaurant. I ate dinner there one night, which was delicious, but I would have liked more food options. The service was great!

This place is in a sweet spot: close to the main shopping area and also near a cool street for shopping. Plus, it's not a trek to get to the city center from here! 🛍️

No one helping to carry the luggage although I had too many luggage Very poor room service Uncomfortable bed There is no kettle to make tea ( they dont have tea ) No drinks availabe other than coffee not even complementry water No shower gel

The location is not bad , near Snt Catherine street / they upgrade me to executive room with Queen bed / the internet is free / the room is spacious and clean / staff were good /they keep my luggage before check-in

Excellent spacious studio room and facilities including a laundry room on the floor and kitchenette in the room which was very welcome on a long holiday. Spa facilities were also quite reasonable and welcome when the weather was poor.

For the price we had no complaints. The immediate neighbourhood looked very quiet when we arrived but it is only one block from numerous shops and restaurants.
